The Rolling Stones LondOnStage Twickenham 2006
Sunday August 20
Directions: via public transport.
Sorry but the coach is sold out.
Bar: The Cabbage Patch (67 London Road) will be the designated meeting place which was used successfully in 2003. Arrive anytime from noon onwards.
Why not return after the show to the St. Giles for further drinks? Make sure you are with someone staying there.
By Train and recommended option if travelling by public transport: Go to Waterloo (on Underground) then main line to Twickenham main line station which is about 10 minutes walk from the stadium. Turn right out of the stadium onto London Road, then on to Whitton Road where you will see the stadium. There is a regular service to Twickenham from London Waterloo.
By Tube: The nearest London Underground station is Richmond, which is on the District line. Richmond is approximately two miles from Twickenham stadium. There is a taxi rank at the entrance to the station. Tubes run every few minutes, with last tube leaving around midnight (but check local station to be sure!)
